His work focuses on translating evolving standards—such as the SBTi Corporate Net-Zero Standard (CNZS) and the EU’s Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM)—into practical, market-based risk mitigation strategies, including biomethane/RNG integration and supplier engagement initiatives.
Laura Vendetta
Laura Vendetta is Director of Regulatory Affairs at 3Degrees, where she leads the company’s global policy and regulatory strategy across clean energy, carbon, biogas, and transportation markets. An expert in greenhouse gas reporting and mandatory climate disclosure, Laura advises organizations on navigating the evolving regulatory landscape shaping corporate climate action.
Her work focuses on translating complex policy developments (such as GHG Protocol Scope 2 revisions and emerging carbon reduction frameworks) into actionable strategies for corporate clean energy buyers. Prior to 3Degrees, Laura shaped energy policy at the Clean Energy Buyers Association, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and the U.S. Department of Energy, where she led development of the Quadrennial Energy Review.

Kyra Power is an Engagement Manager, North America at the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), a corporate climate action organization that enables companies to set robust and credible greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reductions targets through the development of standards, tools and guidance grounded in climate science. As an Engagement Manager, she supports the socialization, adoption and evolution of SBTi’s standards and guidance through targeted stakeholder engagement, partnership development and market insights.
